Once you find a Service you like, click it for more information, such as a description of the service, portfolio or samples of work, and pricing. If you have specific questions, we recommend contacting the seller prior to ordering. When you feel you’ve found what you need, simply proceed with placing your order. Note: All purchases are subject to a service fee of 110 SDG on purchases up to and including 6,000 SDG, and 3% on purchases above 6,000 SDG. This helps us operate our platform and offer 24/7 customer support for your orders.

Here is a quick guide on How To Place An Order:

Before placing an order you must first Create a Nagaata Account. For more information, click here.

  1. From within the marketplace, click the thumbnail of the Service you would like to order (purchase).
  2. Once on the Service page, make sure you read the description of the service being offered. You can also look at the seller’s work samples or customer reviews further down the page. (Note: If you have specific questions, we recommend contacting the seller prior to ordering by clicking on the “contact me” button available below the Service description, on the seller’s profile information.

  3. Click Continue.
  4. On the next page, you can upgrade your order if the seller offers extra services. Click the checkbox to add an Extra Service. You can also click on the plus sign to increase the quantity of the Service you would like. 

Note: Ordering extra services will be available up to 12 hours after you place your order.

  1. Review your order, and then click Order Now.
  2. If you have money in your Nagaata balance (greater than or equal to the amount of your order), it will be used first. If you don’t have money in your Nagaata balance, or your order is for a greater amount, you can choose a payment option:
  3. If paying with PayPal click Continue and fill out your PayPal account details.  Once you’re done reviewing your order, click on Agree and Continue.
  4. If paying with a credit card fill out your details and click Confirm & Pay.
  5. After your order processes, you will need to fill out requirements so that your seller can start working. In the requirements area, fill out all the necessary details and attach files (if needed), and click Start Order.

Note: The payment is held by Nagaata until you approve and accept the delivery.
